Creamy Chicken Bacon & Tomato Pasta


3 cups Whole wheat bow tie pasta
1 lb. Chicken cubed
3 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
1 can Italian style diced tomatoes
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp pepper
3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese


1. Cook pasta as directed by package

2. Meanwhile, cook chicken in large skillet on medium heat 5-6 minutes, or until done, stirring occasionally. Add next 5 ingredients; mix well. Cook 3 minutes or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is blended, stirring frequently.

3. Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Add sauce; mix lightly. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
