1 envelope shake n’ bake
1/2 tsp ground ginger
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 C apricot preserves
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1. HEAT oven to 400F
2. MIX coating mixture and ginger in shaker bag. Coat chicken as directed on package
3. BAKE 15 minutes on un-greased foil lined 15×10 inch metal baking pan. Mix preserves and soy sauce in small bowl until well blended. Drizzle over chicken.
4. Bake 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
