Hummus

INGREDIENTS
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 medium garlic clove, pressed
3/4 tsp salt
pinch cayenne pepper
3 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 C tahini
1/4 C olive oil
1/4 C water

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Process all of the ingredients in a food processor until smooth, about 40 seconds.
