1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup parsley (chopped)
1/4 tsp nutmeg (ground)
2 Tbsp Dry Basil (Sub 1/2 cup fresh basil)
1 tsp salt
1 small garlic glove
1 lb Pasta

1. In blender, mix all ingredients except pasta and blend at medium until well mixed.
2. Mix with 1/2 – 1 lb cooked pasta and add chicken and veggies as desired.
