INGREDIENTS
2 lbs ground beef
1 medium onion
1 T Worcestershire
1/4 C ketchup
1 t salt
1/2 t black pepper
2 eggs
2 slices of bread, moisten in 1/2 cup milk (do not use milk if meat is very moist)
Sauce
1/2 C ketchup
2 T brown sugar
2 T spicy brown mustard

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat over to 350 degrees. Mix ground beef, onion, Worcestershire sauce, 1/4
cup ketchup, eggs, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Soak bread in bowl with milk
for several minutes, break and mix with meat mixture. Shape into a loaf and place
in pan.
2. Bake 45mins-1hr. After 30 minutes into meat loaf cooking brush sauce over meat
loaf and continue cooking. Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes, cut and
serve.
