Jello-Fruit Flavor Flakes

1 package 3 oz jello
1 cup boiling water
3/4 cup cold water

1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water. Pour into shallow pan; chill until
set. Break into small flakes with fork, or force through potato ricer. Pile lightly in
dessert dishes. Garnish with whipped cream.
2. Makes 4 servings
