2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 C Soy sauce
3/4 C honey
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp onion powder
2 gloves garlic – minced
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 C sesame seed (optional)
Serve over rice or Quinoa with a freezer bag of broccoli
1. Mix all ingredients except rice/quinoa in crock pot.
2. Cook on “low” for 4-6 hours or until chicken easily falls apart.
