Honey Balsamic Chicken

6 chicken breasts (10-12 drumsticks)
1/2 cup European dipping oil- Mediterranean Balsamic (1/4 oil, 3/4 balsamic vinegar)
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce

1. Mix the balsamic dipping oil, honey, brown sugar, and soy sauce together until
2. Pour over chicken – Marinate 2 hours
3. Preheat 450 degree F
4. Bake 20-30 minutes (sauce will be caramelized and very dark spots)
5. Place leftover marinade in a small saucepan. Bring the marinade to a boil for 5
minutes, in order to kill bacteria. Reduce the heat to simmer and cook until thick,
about 30 minutes and set aside. Use a pastry brush to brush the cooked marinade
onto the cooked chicken and serve marinade along side as a sauce/ gravy.
