5 cooked Italian sausages
16 oz. Rigatoni
3 Tbsp Olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 Red pepper chunk & sauteed
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
26 oz. Pasta sauce
1. Cook sausage, cook rigatoni
2. In a large pan place olive oil and garlic sauteed lightly for 30 seconds.
3. Add peppers & cook until crisp & tender
4. Combine sausage, pasta sauce, pepper, pasta.
5. Heath until warm, top with parsley
