Greek Dressing

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons kalamata olives, minced
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
2 tablespoons oregano, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt, to taste
Fresh-ground black pepper, to taste
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add the ingredients into a mason jar. Screw the lid on tightly and shake vigorously.

2. The dressing can remain in the fridge for 1–2 weeks.

3. Pour over your favorite salad ingredients and enjoy!
