Creamy Chicken & Pasta Bake


1 1/2 cup Rotini pasts
3 cups Broccoli
1 lbs. Chicken
1/2 cup Chicken broth
2 oz cream cheese
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp parmigiana


1. Heat oven to 375. Cook Rotini in large pot adding broccoli for last 3 minutes.

2. Meanwhile heat large nonstick skillet on medium high heat. Add chicken; cook 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Stirring frequently. Stir in broth Simmer 3 minutes, add cream cheese, cook and stir on low for 1 minute. Stir in 1/2 mozzarella.

3. Bake 15 minutes or until heated. Sprinkle remaining cheese. Let stand 5 minutes
before stirring.
