Citrus Chicken


1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
1 Packet Ranch Mix (1 Oz.)
1/2 cup broth
2 Tbsp. Orange marmalade


1. Cut chicken into strips and saute in oil until browned. Combine seasoning & dressing mix, broth and marmalade; pour over chicken. Cover and simmer 3-5 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in center and juices run clear.

2. Serve with rice.
