1/2 Cup Catalina dressing
1/4 Cup soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast cube
16 oz. any frozen mixed vegetables, thawed or 3 cups cut up fresh vegetables
Hot cooked minute rice
1. Heat dressing, soy sauce and garlic powder in large skillet on medium heat.
2. Add chicken, cook and stir about 8 minutes or until cooked through.
3. Stir in vegetables; heat thoroughly. Serve over rice.
